Daily Drops
Most women with endo, PCOS, painful periods or menopause have been handed a prescription and a pamphlet and sent home. Nobody gave them a real plan for their food, their fitness, or their mind. This does. Six weeks of daily drops built by a chef & bestselling cookbook author, a clinical nutritionist, and an exercise scientist - who all live with this too.
6 weeks. 42 daily emails. 5 live calls. A movement plan built for your body. Food that actually works. And a community that gets it.
Every morning for 42 days, you get one email. It takes under 5 minutes to read. It tells you exactly what to focus on and what to do that day: movement, food, mindset. We do the thinking. You do the living. Delivered daily June 8 → July 19.
These are not recorded lectures: they're real conversations that play into our weekly themes (think nutrition, mindset and movement) with Bai, Savannah, Megann, and a Pelvic Floor PT. You can ask your actual questions. All calls will be at 6pm PST/ 9PM EST on July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd, July 29th, August 12th.
Nothing like this exists yet, so we figured we better just make it ourselves. Built by Megann who has a master's in exercise science and is a specialist in women's body transformation. Four options to choose from for your program: at-home (2 or 3 days) and in-gym (2 or 3 days). Three options for every day type: Good Day / Okay Day / Rough Day. You wake up, check how you feel, log into the app, and build strength in a way that works for your current body and your goals. That's it.
The women going through this with you will become some of your most important relationships and this community chat will become a pillar for your journey. This group will be completely private to those going through the program live so you can get questions answered, get support and finally end the era of going through it alone.
2 month access to Chef Bai's Cooking Club - 2 month access to Sav's Substack - 2 Additional Weeks of Workouts with Megann - Anti-Inflammatory Ebook - Individual Guides for: Pre + Post Surgery, Endo + PCOS, Finding Your Doctor & Advocating For Yourself, Flare Day Movement, Lab Work, Mindfulness and Building a Better Relationship With Food
Finally, a plan built for your reality.
Neuroplasticity, stress and inflammation, breaking trauma loops, and turning hopelessness into momentum. We start here because nothing else works without it.
Understanding your cycle, infradian rhythm, understanding bloating, supplements, GLP1's, stocking your kitchen, and getting out of the negative feedback loop.
Anti-inflammatory eating that actually tastes good. Plant proteins, gut health, blood sugar, how to eat out, and building a meal plan around your real life.
Strength training built for your body (and WHY its so important) with Good Day, Okay Day, and Rough Day tracks. Plus pelvic floor health, yoga for pain, and when to rest.
Habit stacking, routines that hold up on bad days, advocating for yourself, processing grief, and designing a life that doesn't collapse when you flare.
Sleep, circadian rhythm, endocrine disruptors, fatigue, and how to sustain this long after the 6 weeks end. Your protocol, yours to keep.
This was built for you if you have — or think you might have — any of the following:• Endometriosis• PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) & PMDD• Adenomyosis• Painful or heavy periods• Perimenopause or post-menopause symptoms• Interstitial Cystitis (IC) or bladder pain• Unexplained hormonal symptoms like fatigue, bloating, mood, pain
You don't need a formal diagnosis to be here. You need to be done accepting a life run byyour symptoms.
Savannah Regensburger is a Board-Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Clinical Researcher with a Bachelor's in Neuroscience, a Master's in Clinical Nutrition, and an MBA. Her work sits at the intersection of science and women's health specializing in endometriosis, PCOS, hormones, gut health, and chronic illness.
Like many women in this program, Savannah spent years navigating her own endo diagnosis while being dismissed by the healthcare system. That experience became her mission. She eventually closed her private practice with hundreds of women still on the waitlist to build something that could reach more women than one-on-one care ever could.
This is it.
Chef Bai is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef, bestselling cookbook author, plant-based nutrition expert, and women's health advocate with a community of 1.2 million across her platforms. She is the author of two bestselling cookbooks, holds certifications in plant-based nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies, and has been running women's health programs for years.
She has had endometriosis since she was 11 years old, recently underwent excision surgery, and has spent 10 years building a life (and a body of work) around eating and living in a way that actually works with her diagnosis, not against it. She is the founder of I Am Endometriosis, an organization focused on policy change and education for those affected by endo and hormonal conditions.
Megann has had a complicated relationship with her own cycle for as long as she can remember. Estrogen dominance. Inflammation that makes you feel like a stranger in your own body. So when she says she gets it, she’s not reading it off a chart. She’s lived it.
She’s a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with a Masters in Physiology and grad research in exercise physiology. A lifelong athlete who picked up weights at 18, she’s been coaching women one-on-one for the last 6 years. Pre- and post-natal certified, and a lot of what she knows about training through inflammatory conditions she learned through experience (a functional medicine clinic, years of mentorship, and a whole lot of teaching herself).
